If you’re a Partner based in a capital-city metro area and fewer than 5 parents have enquired by day 90, we pause your billing until you’ve had 5. Then normal billing resumes. Yearly Partners get the same free time added before renewal.

Yes. Every consultant we find on Google Maps or a certification directory is listed free, and you can add yourself if we missed you, and claiming your listing is free. Claiming lets you add your approach, ages, packages, prices and a real photo, and receive enquiries.

No. Featured listings are shown in a separate, labelled slot above the ranked list. The ranking itself never uses payment, and our top-rated pages leave featured listings out entirely.
Twenty places only, at A$69 a month or A$690 a year including GST, with that price locked for as long as you stay subscribed. You get everything in Featured, a profile we write with you, priority in Get matched, a credentials-checked badge once we verify your qualifications, and, if you are based in a capital-city area, our 5-enquiry guarantee.
If you are based in one of the ABS Greater Capital City Statistical Areas (Greater Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, or the ACT for Canberra) and you get fewer than 5 parent enquiries in your first 90 days, your subscription stays free until you reach 5. You need a complete profile and to answer each enquiry within 48 hours. It counts enquiries, not bookings or results. Partners based elsewhere can still join, without the guarantee, and checkout tells you which applies before you pay.
To the email on your claimed listing, with the parent's details only if they ticked the box allowing it. We keep a copy for 12 months.
