Listing terms for consultants

Free listings

We list businesses from public sources, mainly Google Maps. Claiming is free. You must be the owner or authorised by the owner. You can ask us to remove an unclaimed listing at any time.

Your content

You’re responsible for what you add: it must be accurate, yours to use, and comply with the Australian Consumer Law (no misleading claims about outcomes, qualifications or medical benefits). Photos must be real photos of you or your business. We may edit or remove content that breaks these terms.

Featured placement

A$39 per month including GST, billed monthly in advance by Stripe. Featured listings are labelled “Featured · paid”, shown in a separate slot and never change organic ranking. Cancel any time in the billing portal; Featured ends at the end of the paid period. No refunds for part months except where required by law.

Founding 20 Partner

A$69 per month or A$690 per year including GST, billed in advance by Stripe. Limited to 20 Partners. Your price stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break; if you cancel and come back later, the then-current price applies. Partner includes everything in Featured (labelled as paid in the same way), a profile we write with you from information you supply and approve, priority in Get matched (see the ranking disclosure), and a “Credentials checked” badge once we have seen evidence of the qualifications you list. Cancel any time in the billing portal; the place ends at the end of the paid period.

5-enquiry guarantee

• Who it covers. Partners whose business is based in one of the Australian Bureau of Statistics Greater Capital City Statistical Areas (ASGS Edition 3): Greater Sydney, Greater Melbourne, Greater Brisbane, Greater Perth, Greater Adelaide, Greater Hobart, Greater Darwin and the Australian Capital Territory (Canberra). We check this from your listing’s address, or the centre of your service area, when your subscription starts, and tell you before checkout whether it applies. Partners based elsewhere, or online-only listings without a base location, can join without the guarantee.
• What we promise. At least 5 qualifying parent enquiries in the first 90 days from your Partner start date. If you have fewer than 5 at day 90, we extend your free time (by pausing billing through Stripe, in 7-day blocks) until you have received 5, and then normal billing resumes. Yearly Partners get the same free time added before their next renewal.
• Qualifying enquiries. A parent enquiry sent to you through your listing or passed to you through Get matched, counted once per parent email address, excluding spam, test messages and enquiries from you or your business.
• Conditions. (1) Your profile is complete: photo, about section, ages you see, your approach, how you work, and at least one package with a price. (2) You answer each enquiry within 48 hours of it reaching you and mark it as answered with the link in the email or in your dashboard.
• Enquiries, not results. We guarantee enquiries, not bookings, sales or outcomes for families.
• Our decisions are logged and you can ask us to review one. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Enquiries

Enquiries are free for now. If we introduce paid enquiries we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice and it will be opt-in. Use parents’ details only to reply to their enquiry, and handle them under the Privacy Act.

Reviews

Don’t review yourself or ask for reviews in exchange for anything. We may remove a listing that manipulates reviews.
